we are on a whirlwind tour of southern california and what a trip it has been so far. We find as always that people are generally nervous to meet us (as a couple) at first. many even schedule to see us and then excuse themselves or backout for some reason or another at the last minute. this really is nothing new to us, but frustrating nonetheless. we really are harmless and very normal casual people, as all of you who have met us would agree. We would like to thank and really appreciate seeing those of you again whom we met on prior occasions mostly in Phoenix or Scottsdale. This is what has really kept us moving forward with our trip. Then there is the large response that we got from the friendly people in Santa Barbara. We appologize but we have not made it there yet because of the county fair or fiesta that is going on. we could not get a room there, so maybe on Sunday we will attempt to make it to see you. Other than that we have been doing ok getting by but wishing more of the interested could follow thru, be brave and actually come see us. And to the one individual who claimed he was a bailbondsman named Johnny who visited me in Newport, we really think it is pretty low of you to pay with counterfeit money when you were treated so well by us, so we do hope that it comes back to you someday and you can feel cheated by someone too. Maybe it will even be someone in your "familia" as you stated you were part of and indicated that is what the little "f" tattoo by your thumb signified. thanks for reminding us to always watch out for stupid scammers, who have no dignity, intregrety or shame.
